Introducing our first Rigazzi course “May You Be at Ease!" This self-guided virtual series is inspired by Chinese philosophers and their views of how to harness flow and ease throughout life. Embark on a journey of self exploration that includes a drawing flow, guided mindfulness meditations, and a yin yoga sequence to practice cultivating a rhythm (flow) and presence (ease) that can be applied to everyday life.
Once you sign up you will receive a welcome email with the password to access the videos and coursework on our website that become available on May 1st. These resources will be yours until the end of the year.
This course is designed to be done at your own pace over the next weeks or months refining and revisiting the 3 modules until it feels natural and accessible or as a way to reset when life becomes imbalanced.
