This thematic online series provides a weekly 30-minute movement session through the summer months. Take each session wherever your summer flows. Using the theme of the yogic principle of Santosha—finding contentment in the now—these short sessions invite you to stay grounded regardless of your surroundings. The program will offer an opportunity to connect to others in the course, as well as bonus articles and breathwork practices. The sessions will be recorded live, Tuesdays at 7:00am ET, but attendees can join whenever their schedule allows. Pay for the series, or as you go per session.
