About the Event
Begin your day with a breath of fresh air and yoga, overlooking the Tennessee River. Using a combination of physical postures, mindfulness, and intentional breathing, this full-body yoga class prepares you for your day. Whether you have never taken a yoga class before or you are a skilled practitioner, this class offers foundations and the ability to meet your practice wherever it is.
Bring a yoga mat and blanket. Blocks and straps are optional but highly encouraged.
If this is your first time at our session, you must fill out a waiver prior to participation.
Our session will be following all socially distancing guidelines - instructor & participants will be 6"+ apart. Due to this, masks are optional.
